  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper to a large bowl then add the potatoes and mix well.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with a little oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Place the seasoned baby potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are spread out for even cooking.
  5. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even crisping.
