After years of trying to lose weight through diets and routines that never felt sustainable, I knew something had to change. In 2020, I started focusing not just on weight, but on wellness-on building strength, cooking and eating with purpose, and creating a healthier lifestyle that lasts.

For me, that journey led back to the kitchen. I rediscovered how cooking could be joyful, empowering, and even healing. Through the Protein Flip™ approach, I began filling my meals with vibrant, feel-good ingredients and learned how to simplify healthy eating without sacrificing flavor or fun.

Today, I help others do the same by creating recipes that are approachable, adventurous, and deeply satisfying. Whether you’re an experienced cook or just getting started, this space is here to help you feel more at home in your kitchen and more connected to your food.

About 20 years ago, I went to culinary school in Chicago, that training has shaped everything I do in the kitchen today. Over the years, I’ve hosted dinner parties, taught healthy cooking classes, and developed hundreds of recipes designed to make eating well both accessible and exciting.

Now, I bring that experience online to inspire a new kind of home cook: someone who wants to eat better, cook more confidently, and have fun doing it.
