For me, that journey led back to the kitchen. I rediscovered how cooking could be joyful, empowering, and even healing. Through the Protein Flip™ approach, I began filling my meals with vibrant, feel-good ingredients and learned how to simplify healthy eating without sacrificing flavor or fun.
